34 weeks pregnant, hurts to poop from pressure of baby?

I've been having some cramping off and on and irregular contractions, but recently every time I try to go num 2, I feel painful pressure in my and cervix like I'm trying to push the baby out. Any other mommies feel this? This is my 2nd preg, my first only went to 29 weeks due to pre-e. Thanx!
