How do gentlemen pursue a girl nowadays?

A gentleman will call and ask a woman out. Notice that I said "woman" and not "girl". If he's known you long enough to know he likes you he'll either call or ask you in person. Gentlemen don't ask women out through text, tweet, or facebook and they certainly don't approach a woman with their pants half way down with their shoelaces untied and say, "sup?".
