How can I claim unemployment im currently working at a job with harrasment going on?

No one is doing anything about it I wrote letters talk to the human resources department and everything is getting worse I feel un safe at work becuase of a supervisor but they are not doing anthing abut it I want to leave but i a good way so I can get unemployment what can I do?
