I have 2 questions, I bought a tart pan, non stick, the care instructions?

said to season the pan with oil does it mean to just wipe it with oil or does it mean to season it in the oven like you would an iron pan? my second question is what is a fool proof way to peel a boiled egg so as not to tear it up?
