Bright Future?

I know Tarvaris isn't anything to brag about...but...he came in the same draft as Matt Lienert...and is by far much better than the great heisman nominee......Tarvaris even does it with below average recievers.....while Matt had Fitzgerald and Boldin with him when he played......and yes im one of those guys that says "He'll have a bright future"....What is your take on this?
