Why does my ball pythons eyes haze over?

Your snake is shedding its skin. If its eyes are starting to cloud over you need to raise your humidity to about 65-70%. your snake should shed in about a week. Once you notice the eyes have cleared again, your snake will likely shed that night or the next.
