Will running E85 while I have an emissions test done help me p the test... I have a 95 Chevy Astro Van.?

It has failed for the past 3 years and with lots of repair done. No one can figure out why it wont p. I have registered it at my parents house for the last three years. (they are not required to do emissions where they live.) Now that loop hole is closed and I need this van for work.
