Has anyone heard of the song "I'm the Guy That Sailed the Sky"?

It's a children's song from the early to mid 90s about an alien who hears the peaceful message from one of our space probes and then comes to Earth but is saddened to find us having wars. The only part I can remember is "I'm the guy that sailed the sky and I think I'd like to live here. Like to share your mountains, share your trees and share your air. Like to learn a bit about your pizza and your weather." Can anyone identify this song?
