I want to find an interesting topic about food?

Hi everyone I really need to find an interesting topic related with food.. I have to write a 5 pages essay and then extend it up to 8 pages the same topic.. Im having trouble cuz I dont wanna get sick about th e topic at halfway writing.. I was thinking about some food allergies or some dietary problems.. the only thing i cannot write is about obesity or fastfood.. any suggestions???
