Coughing every single breath?

OMG..I have been coughing every single breath...So congested,..Started out as a slight cough 2 weeks ago without any problems...Now, full chest congestion, aching chest, but no other symptoms...HELP...I know I need to go to a Doc, I just hope I dont have Pneumonia , (I probably spelled that wrong) Thanx n advance...
