Would a sundress and flats be okay to wear to a Taylor Swift concert?

Me & my friend are going to her concert. woo hoo! =] Would a sundress and flats or flip-flops be okay? It's also during my state fair, so we'll be walking around the fair before we go to the concert. It won't be a dressy dress, just a casual one. What do you think?
